NoteArch does not collect personal information from children directly. All data is entered and managed by the educational institutions under applicable data protection laws. Parental involvement and consent are assumed to be managed by the institution.
Student records are retained only as long as necessary for academic, legal, or institutional requirements. Upon graduation or withdrawal, data may be archived or deleted according to the institution’s policy.
