At NoteArch, we are committed to providing a reliable and satisfactory experience to all our partner institutions, educators, and users. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be issued for subscription plans or related services.


1. Subscription Plans

NoteArch operates on a subscription-based model. Institutions or users are billed in accordance with the selected package—monthly, quarterly, or annually—based on the contract agreement.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Institutions may request cancellation of their subscription by contacting info@notearch.com at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation will prevent further billing, but access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.

  • No partial cancellations or mid-cycle adjustments will be made once billing has occurred.


3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and license activation, NoteArch generally follows a no-refund policy once the subscription has started. However, a refund may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged or double-billed

  • Service Inaccessibility: If the system was non-functional for a significant portion of the paid period (subject to verification)

  • Duplicate Purchase: If multiple subscriptions were accidentally purchased

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.


4. Free Trial (If Available)

If a free trial is provided:

  • No charges will be made during the trial period.

  • To avoid being charged, the subscription must be canceled before the trial ends.

  • Once the trial ends and billing begins, the standard Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.


5. Modifications and Upgrades

Institutions may upgrade or modify their subscription plan at any time. Prorated adjustments or credits may apply based on the remaining period and new pricing.

To request a refund or cancellation, please provide the following details via email to info@notearch.com:

  • Institution name / User ID

  • Subscription plan

  • Reason for request

  • Transaction details (if applicable)


7. Policy Changes

NoteArch reserves the right to update or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted at:

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
