About NoteArch

Notes are the backbone of Intelligent Academic Lifecycle (IAL). Student’s class notes are crucial element for their effective learning. Teacher’s lecture notes are key resource to facilitate improved learning path for students. Examiners remarks/notes on the assignment, homework or test papers help the parents/teachers/students to further improve the learning process. Any type of academic organizations and their teachers, students, parents, student’s private tutors or mentors, administrative staffs, financial supporters (such as private financial doners, scholarships or student loan providing authorities) and student job (such as intern, co-ops etc.) providers require different level of access on notes or a fair assessment on notes (while keeping the privacy of notes at each level). NoteArch is an artificial intelligence (AI) powered, secured and cost effective Intelligent Academic Lifecycle Management System (IALMS) which ensures the digitalization of all activities of each stakeholders involved in IAL to ease the journey of notes from the note taking/preparation, delivery, assessment and archival towards the success of students through their complete academic journey from student admission to alumni.

NoteArch was established by a group of visionary people with superior knowledge in academic field, unique research & development experience in internationally renowned research institutes in North America, Europe and Asia as well as experienced in the training of skilled graduates in top level academic institutes worldwide. Hence from the beginning, NoteArch was able to set its standard to understand the gap between rapid advances in leading edge technologies and current trends of students learning process.

Majority of the students, parents and teachers spend significant portion of all their times in smart phones or computing devices (such as desktop, laptop and tablet etc.) with various types of AI powered applications. NoteArch aims to improve the efficiency of devices use and device times by the effective and real time virtual engagement between academic institutes, teachers, students, parents and mentors towards the mitigation of challenges in academic processes as well as success in students future career.

A good number of academic institutes are currently using third party ERP solutions to manage students academic and administrative records. NoteArch also wishes to integrate the existing third party academic ERP solutions with NoteArch platform to create a common infrastructure towards the complete digitalization of academic world.

Natural disasters, global warming and regional/global tensions may cause unwanted mobilization of students, teachers, parents and/or non-functionality of academic institutes.
