About NoteArch
Notes are the backbone of Intelligent Academic Lifecycle (IAL). Student’s class notes are crucial element for their effective learning. Teacher’s lecture notes are key resource to facilitate improved learning path for students. Examiners remarks/notes on the assignment, homework or test papers help the parents/teachers/students to further improve the learning process. Any type of academic organizations and their teachers, students, parents, student’s private tutors or mentors, administrative staffs, financial supporters (such as private financial doners, scholarships or student loan providing authorities) and student job (such as intern, co-ops etc.) providers require different level of access on notes or a fair assessment on notes (while keeping the privacy of notes at each level). NoteArch is an artificial intelligence (AI) powered, secured and cost effective Intelligent Academic Lifecycle Management System (IALMS) which ensures the digitalization of all activities of each stakeholders involved in IAL to ease the journey of notes from the note taking/preparation, delivery, assessment and archival towards the success of students through their complete academic journey from student admission to alumni.

NoteArch Institution is the school ERP for School Admin and Teacher: students, staff, curriculum, attendance, fees, exams, and the school website. The Student and Parent apps, Contributor publisher tools, TeknoBoard, and TeknoBook connect to the same school backbone.
Teachers mark attendance, publish lessons and homework, run exams, open TeknoBoard syllabus stops, and chat with families. School Admins manage academics, fees, roles, and the public website. Every portal uses the real NoteArch UI you see in our screenshots, not a mock theme.
Students keep a personal academic home for classes, homework, and results. Parents follow their child in real time. Contributors publish books into the NoteArch library. Together they form one informative archive of learning from admission through alumni.
