Delete your NoteArch account and data
You can remove your NoteArch account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Choose the option that matches how your account was created.
Delete inside the app
Publisher / contributor accounts are created in the app, so they can be deleted in the app without contacting us:
- Open NoteArch and sign in as a publisher.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. The account is deleted immediately.
What is deleted
- Name, email, phone, address, website, bio, profile photo and logo
- Password, push-notification tokens and every signed-in device session
- School-managed accounts (admin, teacher, staff, student, parent) are owned by the institution. Academic records the institution is legally required to keep (attendance, results, fees) may be retained by that institution; your login and contact data are removed.
- Requests are completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email.
Request deletion
Use this form if you cannot delete in the app (for example a student, parent, teacher or school account) or if you no longer have access to the app. We verify the request with the email address on the account before deleting.
