These Teacher Terms & Conditions ("Teacher Terms") govern your use of NoteArch as an educator. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Teacher Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use NoteArch.
1. Purpose of These Terms

Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
Attempt to bypass platform security.
Use NoteArch for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Misuse AI-generated results.
Interfere with platform operations or other users.
Violation of these Terms may result in disciplinary action by your institution and suspension or termination of your account.
5. Educational Content
You retain ownership of the educational materials you create, including:
Lecture notes
Course materials
Lesson plans
Assignments
Assessments
Teaching resources
By uploading content, you grant NoteArch a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and distribute your content solely for educational purposes and platform functionality.
This includes:
Delivering materials to students.
Supporting grading workflows.
Synchronizing content across devices.
Creating secure backups.
Facilitating collaboration where authorized.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with institutional policies, copyright laws, and applicable regulations.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Protecting educational data is one of our highest priorities.
Teacher information and student records are handled according to our Privacy Policies.

9. Suspension & Termination
By You
You may discontinue using NoteArch at any time by notifying your institution or contacting NoteArch Support.
Certain educational records may be retained where required by law or institutional policy.

Error-free operation.
Perfect AI-generated results.
Compatibility with every device or browser.
Teachers remain responsible for academic decisions and professional judgment.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoteArch shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages.
Loss of educational data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Decisions based solely on AI-generated recommendations.
Institutional disciplinary actions.
Actions of third-party providers beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
