What NoteArch is
NoteArch is the academic platform an institute uses to run school life: admin, teachers, students, and parents on one tenant database. It is the product on notearch.com and in the NoteArch mobile app, not a public course catalog.
How it is organized
- 1Register the institute and receive the tenant code and admin login.
- 2Set the session year, classes, subjects, and syllabus from the master library.
- 3Teachers teach and mark work. Students and parents open the NoteArch app.
Who uses it
Same screens and APIs for School, Coaching Center, and Homeschooling. Only labels and tenant type change. This page describes the product, the public school list is a separate directory.
Institute admin
School Admin (or Coaching / Homeschool admin on those tenants) runs the academic year, people, fees, and the public website, on web and in the app.
Teacher
Attendance, lessons, assignments, exams, syllabus, and TeknoBoard on the assigned class and subject, web and app.
Student
Timetable, lessons, homework, exams, fees, and messages in the NoteArch mobile app, scoped to that student’s school.
Parent
Child attendance, results, fees, announcements, and chat in the NoteArch app, scoped to that parent’s children.
Staff
The same school screens as admin, limited by the role permissions the institute assigns.

People and admission
The institute database holds students, guardians, teachers, and staff. Admission and registration stay on that tenant.

Classroom and board
