These Student Terms & Conditions ("Student Terms") explain the rules and responsibilities for students using NoteArch. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to comply with these Student Terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use NoteArch.


1. Purpose of These Terms

These Student Terms apply to all students using the NoteArch platform through a school, college, university, training institution, or other authorized educational organization.

  • Study materials

By uploading content to NoteArch, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and share your content only as necessary to provide educational services.

Examples include:

  • Synchronizing your information across devices.

  • Creating secure backups.

You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content complies with your institution's academic policies and applicable laws.


6. Privacy & Data Protection

Certain educational records may be retained where required by law or institutional policy.

Our Choice

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Student Terms.

  • Misuse the platform.

  • Compromise platform security.

  • Engage in academic misconduct through NoteArch.

  • Violate applicable laws or institutional policies.

Your educational institution may also restrict access according to its own policies.


10. Service Availability

We work hard to provide reliable Services.

However, NoteArch cannot guarantee that the platform will always be:

  • Available without interruption.

  • Completely error-free.

  • Compatible with every device or browser.

  • Free from temporary maintenance or technical issues.

Scheduled maintenance and security updates may temporarily affect service availability.


11. Disclaimer

NoteArch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While we strive to provide accurate educational tools, we do not guarantee that:

  • AI recommendations will always be correct.

  • Every feature will always function without interruption.

  • Platform content will always be complete or error-free.

Students remain responsible for verifying important academic information with their teachers or educational institution.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoteArch shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of educational data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Temporary interruptions in service.

  • Decisions made based solely on AI-generated recommendations.

  • Actions taken by educational institutions or third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

No Transfer of Accounts

Student accounts are personal and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or assigned to another person without written authorization from NoteArch or your educational institution.

Compliance with Institutional Policies

Students must also comply with the academic, disciplinary, technology, and acceptable use policies established by their educational institution while using NoteArch.
